American dream mentioned the idea that everyone has equal opportunity to achieve success. However, in the reality people could not equal opportunity. The deep-rooted racialism of United State affect colored race that they could not get the same opportunity that white people get. While people may say there are still successful people who is colored race but I believe the opportunity for colored population is still less than white people in the US.
For example, last month, two black men was kicked out of a Starbucks coffee store by no reason and as far as I concerned the employee of the Starbucks still did not apologies to them. This example made me think that if people are kicked out of a coffee store just because their races how could American Dream be true and how could everyone gets the same opportunity.
From this picture the policeman is bullying the African American and he insulted him by using bad words. Then the official looks like he wants to help the African American but actually he is trying to help the policeman. So from this picture we can know the coloured population are respected only on the surface but no in others mind so this proof that the same opportunity for everyone is impossible in the US.
